The nontransitive additive conjoint measurement uses a skew symmetric functional to represent preferences. The author gives 3 new axiomatizations: (1) in the finite case using an axiom called independence involving matchings between pairs where \(i\) is preferred to \(j\) and pairs where \(j\) is preferred to \(i\), for fixed \(i\), on Cartesian products formed from the original set; (2) independence and order denseness for 2 factors; (3) algebraic axioms in the general case.
