Let \(T_ 2(F)\) be a sharply 2-transitive group represented as the group of linear mappings \(x\to a+mx\) of a neardomain. With a slight exception it is shown that the isomorphisms between two such groups \(T_ 2(F)\) and \(T_ 2(\bar F)\) are of the form \(\tau\to(\sigma\pi)\tau(\sigma\pi)^{- 1}\) where \(\sigma\in T_ 2(F)\) and \(\pi: F\to\bar F\) is an isomorphism between the neardomains. Thus \(\hbox{Aut }T_ 2(F)\cong T_ 2(F)\cdot \hbox{Aut }F\). The exception concerns the case: \(\hbox{char }F=2\) or \(F\) is a nearfield with center \(\{0,1\}\). Here the proofs do not work and nothing further is known. In \S 3,4 the author extends these investigations to isomorphisms between subgroups of \(T_ 2(F)\) resp. \(T_ 2(\bar F)\) where \(F,\bar F\) are nearfields and to isomorphisms between certain normal subgroups of collineation groups \(T(F,K):=A(F)\cdot \Gamma L(F,K)\) of affine spaces over vector spaces \(F\). The common feature in both cases is that \(T_ 2(F)\), \(F\) a nearfield, as well as \(T(F,K)\), \(F\) a vector space over a skewfield \(K\), are subgroups of the holomorph \(\hbox{Hol }F=A(F)\hbox{Aut }F\) of the abelian group \(F\) where \(A(F)=\{x\to a+x\mid a\in A\}\) denotes the translations. Therefore in \S 2 the isomorphisms between those subgroups \(G\) of \(\hbox{Hol }F\), are determined where \(A(F)\supseteq G\). Then these results were applied to the two cases mentioned above. It should be noted that the description of the isomorphisms between subgroups of the collineation groups of affine spaces although looking rather technically contains and enlarges earlier results of \textit{H. Siemon} and \textit{H. Mäurer} [J. Geom. 33, 83-88 (1988; Zbl 0656.51004)] where they showed that the automorphisms of some normal subgroups of the collineation group of finite dimensional affine spaces are induced by inner automorphisms of the collineation group.
