Let \(Q\) be the generalized quarternion group of order \(2^ k\) with classifying space \(BQ\). The author shows that the complex cobordism of \(BQ\), \(MU^*(BQ)\), is a quotient of a certain power series ring \(MU^*[[X,Y,Z]]\) by an ideal generated by a half-dozen formal power series.
