Let \(X\) be a nonempty subset in a Fréchet topological vector space \(E\) and \(F:X\to E\) a multivalued mapping. The author gives some conditions which imply that a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a fixed point of \(F\) is that there exists a nonempty compact convex subset \(C\subset X\) such that \(F\) is weakly inward on \(C\). Theorems 3 and 4 are in fact slight generalizations of some fixed point theorems by Kakutani-Fan, Halpern and Browder.
