Let \(H_ n\) be the \(n\)-dimensional hyperbolic space of constant sectional curvature \(-1\). Let \(G\) be a properly discontinuous group of isometries of \(H_ n\) without fixed points. From \(H_ n\) and \(G\) we obtain the Killing-Hopf space form \(V=H_ n/G\). Let \(\Delta=\partial\delta+\delta\partial\) be the Laplace operator acting on \(\Lambda^ p(V)\), where \(\Lambda^ p(V)\) the vector space of differential \(p\)-forms on \(V\). We denote by \(S_ p\) the spectrum of \(\Delta\) for \(\Lambda^ p(V)\). There are a variety of results of the influence of \(S_ p\) on the geometry of a compact hyperbolic space form. It has been proved that a certain lattice sum determines the \(o\)-spectrum of a compact hyperbolic space form. In order to determine the \(p\)- spectrum by the lattice sum we use the double differential forms. The aim of the present paper is to estimate \(S_ p\) for \(1\leq p<\dim V\) using double differential forms.
