Let \(M\) be a compact connected \(C^ \infty\) manifold without boundary and have a \(C^ \infty\) Riemann metric inducing a metric \(d\) on \(M\). If \(f\in C^ 1(M,M)\) and for any \(x\in M\), \(Df(x)\) is invertible then \(f\) is said to be a \(C^ 1\) self-covering map of \(M\); the space of all \(C^ 1\) self-covering maps of \(M\) provided with \(C^ 1\)-topology is denoted by \(\text{Cov}^ 1(M)\). The authors introduce notions of orbit-shift topological stability and orbit-shift structural stability of \(f\in \text{Cov}^ 1(M)\) as well as (s.c.u.)-structure of \(\Omega(f)\). The author proves that if \(f\in \text{Cov}^ 1(M)\) satisfies Axiom \(A\) and no-cycle property and \(\Omega(f)\) has (s.c.u.)-structure, then \(f\) is orbit-shift topologically stable and orbit-shift structurally stable (which means that the structure of its orbit space is topologically stable under \(C^ 0\)-perturbations and structurally stable under \(C^ 1\)-perturbations).
