The authors deal with a linear autonomous system of differential equations of neutral type: (1) \(x'(t)=Ax(t)+Bx(t-\tau)+Cx(t-\tau)+f(t)\). Using Fourier techniques they obtain necessary and sufficient conditions in order that the system (1) has a \(2\pi\)- periodic solution under a \(2\pi\)-periodic forcing term \(f(t)\).
