The author proves existence and uniqueness of the diffusion Markovian process on the multidimensional lattice. The process has been defined earlier [author, Acta Math. Sin., New Ser. 1, 261-273 (1985; Zbl 0613.60070)] by the constructive way as Markov chain with continuous time and with countable set of states for which there exists the definite state transformation under one step. The author really proves the existence of the strong semigroup of the time shift positive operators under a collection of technical restrictions. However, the existence of the weak semigroup follows from the Hille-Yosida theory and it guarantees the existence and uniqueness of probabilistic measure corresponding to the process. The notations used in the paper are badly defined and it is difficult for the understanding.
