Let \(R\) be any commutative ring and \(F\) be a finitely generated \(R\)- module. A plethysm is defined as a composition \(W(T(F))\) of two functors that are universal in the sense of \textit{K. Akin, D. Buchsbaum} and \textit{J. Weyman}, Adv. Math. 39, 1-30 (1981; Zbl 0474.14035)]. The main examples are \(W = D, S\); \(T = D_ 2,\Lambda^ 2\), where \(SF\) is the symmetric algebra, \(\Lambda F\) the exterior algebra and \(DF\) the divided power algebra. The existence of a filtration for the \(GL(F)\)-representation \(D(D_ 2(F))\), whose associative graded object is isomorphic to \(\sum K_{2\lambda} F\) is proved (here \(K_ \mu F\) is the Weyl (or co-Schur) functor).
