    The boundary-value problem for the equation \(-u''+A^ 2u=\omega\) where \(t\in[0,T]\); \(A\) is a self-adjoint nonnegative operator in a separable Hilbert space \(H;\omega\equiv\omega(t):[0,T]\to H\) is studied. The boundary conditions are: \(u(t=0)=u_ 0\), \(u(t=T)=u_ T\) and \(u(t=t_ k)=u_ k\), \(k=1,\ldots,n\) where \(t_ k\in(0,T)\), \(t_ i\neq t_ j\), \(i\neq j\). In the case when \(\omega(t)=\sum^ n_{k=1}\Phi_ k(t)p_ k+f(t)\) \((\Phi_ k(t)\), \(f(t)\) given) the problem is to find the function \(u(t)\) and the parameters \(p_ k\in H\), \(k=1,2,\ldots,n\). The main result in this paper is the existence and uniqueness of the solution of such problem under suitable conditions on the functions \(\Phi_ k(t)\), \(f(t)\) and the operator \(A\).
