Integral geometric formulae for projection functions (Q1185855)

Principal kinematic and Crofton formulae are established for projection functions of convex bodies. In the case of centrally symmetric bodies, the results are expressed in terms of Radon transforms of the projection functions. Connections are given with the translative integral geometry [e.g. the authors, Aequationes Math. 34, 64-77 (1987; Zbl 0633.52003); the second author, Math. Z. 205, 531-549 (1990; Zbl 0693.52001)].
