A note on a functional inequality (Q1187613)

The author proves the following result: If \(r_ 1,\dots,r_ k\) are fixed positive real numbers with \(\prod_{j=1}^ k r_ j>1\), then the only entire solution \(\varphi:\mathbb{C}\to\mathbb{C}\) of the functional inequality \(\prod_{j=1}^ k \varphi(r_ j z)\geq(\prod_{j=1}^ k r_ j)|\varphi(z)|^ k\) are \(\varphi(z)=cz^ n\),where \(c\) is a complex number and \(n\) is a positive integer.
