As in part I and II of this series [for part I see the review above, for part II see Oper. Theory, Adv. Appl. 46, 125-147 (1990; Zbl 0731.47005)] of articles the charged transfer model is studied. This consists of moving and explicitly time-dependent short range potentials. The existence and completeness of the corresponding wave operators are proved. Completeness means in this model that the ranges of the wave operators are identical and equal to a scattering subspace especially defined for this model.
