An invariance result for capacities on Wiener space (Q1187987)

Proofs are given to the authors' results, announced in C. R. Acad. Sci., Paris, Sér. I 312, 931-935 (1991; Zbl 0744.46031), on the invariance of tight \((r,p)\)-capacities under a weakening of the topology which preserves the Borel structure, and on its consequences for capacities of Ornstein-Uhlenbeck semigroups with linear drift on abstract Wiener spaces.
