The author generalizes a well-known theorem of M. Duflo and shows that the graded primitive ideals of the enveloping algebra for a classical Lie superalgebra are precisely the annihilators of graded simple quotients of Verma modules. For the proof he uses a result of E. S. Letzter about primitive ideals in finite extensions of noetherian rings. There are some nice corollaries showing for example, that, in fact, with minor exceptions, all primitive ideals have been classified, and some others.
