    The problem of the stabilization of the unperturbed motion of a dynamic system when there is incomplete information about the system parameters is considered. The solution is sought by Lyapunov's second method in the class of dynamic controllers and is used to stabilize the permanent rotation of a rigid body by a controlling moment with zero \(x\)-component.
