In this article, being the continuation of the author's paper in Part I [Teor. Funkts., Funkts. Anal. Prilozh. 54, 42-49 (1990; Zbl 0741.30023)], he constructs the \(\gamma\)-sufficient sets and considers its applications. For example a Phragmén-Lindelöf indicator of entire functions of finite degree \(f_ j\), \(j=1,2\), and \(h_ 1(\theta_ k)<h_ 2(\theta_ k)\), \(k=1,2,\dots,n\). Some sufficient conditions are given for the inequality to be valid \(h_ 1(\theta)<h_ 2(\theta)\) as \(0\leq\theta\leq 2\pi\).
