This continuation is, actually, a generalisation of approximately the same results as in the first part [ibid. 54, 74-89 (1990; Zbl 0737.31005)], under more general conditions. So, the Green's and the Carlemann's formulae are established for subharmonic functions in the conus \(K\subset \mathbb{R}^ n\), which are not prolongible to \(\overline{K}\), as it was supposed in the first part. The Carlemann formula is established, also, in a second variant, respecting the behaviour of the subharmonic function near the apex of the conus. The results obtained in the case of the movable conus are extended to the case of the immovable conus and, finally, there are made estimations for the subharmonic functions on \(C_ 0\) sets (rare sets).
