Results of the first author, \textit{J. Fish} and \textit{A. Bayliss} [ibid. 81, No. 1, 71-89 (1990; Zbl 0729.73200)] are extended to a curvilinear overlay. A new integration scheme for the spectral overlay is described. Numerical examples are given.
