Using the standard definition of the spectrum of a stable rank-2 vector bundle on \(P_ 3\) the authors list all possible spectra for \(c_ 1=0\) and \(c_ 2\leq 19\). As a consequence it follows that the previous such listing for \(c_ 2\leq 8\) made by \textit{W. Barth} [in ``Les equations de Yang-Mills'', Sémin. E.N.S. 1977/78, Astérisque 71-72 (1980; Zbl 0457.14009); exposé 12, p. 205-218] was based on wrong assumptions, i.e. all possible spectra exist. The paper is entirely devoted to examples and contains no results on the structure of the moduli schemes (i.e. their irreducibility and smoothness if any) of the corresponding components in \(M_ 2(0,c_ 2)\). Hence the paper is purely computational and provides only well known examples. Besides most of the examples of this families of vector bundles were constructed by the reviewer in Math. USSR, Izv. 25, 301-313 (1985); translation from Izv. Akad. Nauk SSSR, Ser. Mat. 48, No. 5, 986-998 (1984; Zbl 0589.14017) and Math. Ann. 276, 365-383 (1987; Zbl 0596.14005). The only fact that was not proved there is whether \(M_ 2(0,c_ 2)=M_ 2(0,c_ 2)_{red}\) for the constructed moduli spaces. However even this question is left beyond the scope of this paper.
