Littlewood's theorem states that if w is a potential on the unit disc of the complex plane, then w tends to zero along almost all rays. By potential, we mean a positive superharmonic function w such that any harmonic function less than or equal to w is necessarily less than or equal to zero. We prove that a suitable generalization of this property to a continuous process in a harmonic space of Brelot type, implies a Fatou type theorem and the convergence of the trajectories (almost all) in the R. S. Martin topology. In the case of Riemann surfaces of Parreau-Widom type, we prove that all potential tends to zero almost everywhere along the Green lines.
