The author investigates \(\mathcal S\)-unique sets, i.e. measurable sets in \(\mathbb{R}^ n\) which are uniquely determined (modulo null sets) by its \(X\)- rays in a finite set \(\mathcal S\) of directions (or by its \(X\)-rays parallel to a finite set \(\mathcal S\) of subspaces). Results on the structure of convex sets unique with respect to certain families of coordinate subspaces are given. \(\mathcal S\)-additive and \(\mathcal S\)-inscribable sets are also considered.
