Let \(\Gamma\) be a Frobenius algebra over a commutative ring \(R\) and \(\Lambda\) a subalgebra. The author continues his previous paper [Part I, ibid. 80, 65-88 (1992; see the preceding review Zbl 0808.16013)] to present certain relations between the complete cohomology of \(\Gamma\) [\textit{T. Nakayama}, Osaka Math. J. 9, 165-187 (1957; Zbl 0101.02601)] and that of \(\Lambda\), along the cohomology theory of finite groups. As applications, the periodicity of the cohomology groups of crossed products which appear as \(\mathbb{Z}\)-orders in a quaternion \(\mathbb{Q}\)-algebra is investigated.
