Integration of a class of transcendental Liouvillian functions with error-functions. I (Q1198245)

This paper gives an algorithm to determine if an element of a certain class of transcendental Liouvillian functions has an integral built up from elementary functions and error-functions and to compute this integral if it exists. The results extend \textit{G. Cherry}'s results [J. Symb. Comput. 1, 283-302 (1985; Zbl 0586.68030)]. The algorithm given here handles integrals of functions not handled by Cherry's algorithm.
