    Let \(D \subset \mathbb{C}^ n\) be a domain given by a \({\mathcal C}^ \infty\) plurisubharmonic function \(\rho\) and \(\theta\) a positive closed (1,1) current in \(D\). Then \(\theta\) satisfies the Blaschke condition in \(D\) if \((*)\) \(\int_ D(-\rho) \theta_{ii}<+\infty\). It is well known that if \(\rho\) is strictly plurisubharmonic, then \((*)\) is equivalent to the condition \((**)\) \(\int_ D \theta i \partial \rho \wedge \overline \partial \rho<+\infty\), and the two conditions imply that \(\theta\) can be defined by a plurisubharmonic function in the Nevanlinna class (under some mild topological assumptions). In the case \(D\) is not strictly pseudoconvex, this is no longer the case. The authors prove an inequality between \((*)\) and \((**)\) in \(\mathbb{C}^ 3\). Let \(z_ 0 \in \partial D\) and \(B=(L_ 1,L_ 2)\) be a base for the (1,0) forms in the complex tangent space at \(z_ 0\) so that if \(N\) is the normal vector at \(z_ 0\), then \((N,L_ 1,L_ 2)\) forms a basis for the holomorphic vector field at \(z_ 0\). Let \((\partial\rho,\omega_ 1,\omega_ 2)\) be the dual basis. Then there exist functions \(S_ 1\) and \(S_ 2\) continuous in a neighborhood \(V\) of \(z_ 0\) such that \[ \sum^ 2_{j=1} \int_{V \cap D}S_ j^{-1}i(\theta \wedge i \partial \rho \wedge \overline \partial \rho \wedge \omega_ j \wedge \overline \omega_ j) \leq C \int_ D(-\rho) | \theta |. \]
