In their earlier three joint articles, the author and J. B. Wilker gave criteria for the existence of an \(n\)-simplex with prescribed lengths of edges \(\ell_{i,j}\), \(i,j=1,\dots,n+1\), in Euclidean, hyperbolic, and spherical \(n\)-space (Theorem 1.1). Those criteria involve the spectrum of some matrix defined in terms of \((\ell_{i,j})_{i,j=1,\dots,n+1}\). The present paper contains further discussion of the problem. Its main result is Theorem 1.2, which gives another criterion for the spherical case.
