Strategic form games are called unilaterally competitive (UC) if no individual player can improve his payoff without decreasing the payoffs of all the others (as long as the other's strategies are fixed). It is shown that, in some circumstances, the set of Nash equilibria in UC games is convex, Nash equilibrium strategies are interchangeable and Nash equilibrium payoffs of all players are equal. The main concepts and results are illustrated by interesting examples.
