The differential inclusion with state constraints (1) \(x'(t)\in F(t,x(t))\), \(x(t)\in Y(t)\), is considered. When \(\text{Graph}(F(t,.))\) is convex for every \(t\) it is known that the reachable set \(X(t)\) of (1) satisfies the equation \[ \lim_{\sigma\Rightarrow 0} \sigma^{-1} h\bigl(X(t+\sigma),\bigcup_{x\in X(t)} (x+\sigma F(t,x))\cap Y(t+\sigma)\bigr)=0.\tag{2} \] In this paper it is proved that equation (2) is still true if \(\text{Graph }F(t,.)\) is star-shaped. A uniqueness theorem for (2) is given. The results are motivated by the uncertain system \(x'(t)\in A(t)x(t)+P(t)\), \(x(t)\in Y(t)\) where \(A(t)\) and \(P(t)\) are multifunctions reflecting uncertainties.
