The authors prove that every closed convex non-RNP set in a Banach space contains a non-dentable subset with a martingale coordinatization [the notion introduced by \textit{H. Rosenthal} and \textit{A. Wessel} in Pac. J. Mat. 136, 159-182 (1989; Zbl 0707.46008)]. The second result is that if \(W\) is a closed convex non-RNP subset of a Banach space, such that the RNP and the Point Continuity Property are equivalent on all subsets of \(W\), then there exists a closed convex subset \(K\) of \(W\) with a \(Pal\)- representation (i.e. there is a one-to-one, affine and continuous function from \(K\) onto the set of all nonatomic probability measures on Borel subsets of \([0,1]\)). Further interesting results concerning the existence of special subsets of non-RNP sets are also presented, but their formulation here would be too long.
