An algebra is called Abelian if all its term operations satisfy the so- called `term condition'. An important result is tame congruence theory is the following representation theorem [\textit{D. Hobby} and \textit{R. McKenzie}, The structure of finite algebra (Contemp. Math. 76) (1988; Zbl 0721.08001)]: every finite simple Abelian algebra is isomorphic to a subalgebra of a polynomial reduct of a simple unitary module or to a subalgebra of a reduct of a matrix power of a unary algebra. In this paper it is proved that if, in addition, an algebra of this kind has surjective fundamental operations, then it is essentially either a simple unitary module (up to polynomial equivalence), or a matrix power of a unary permutational algebra (up to term equivalence).
