[For part I see ibid. 150, 67-80 (1991; Zbl 0719.15005)]. The paper is concerned with establishing maximum rank-one spaces of matrices over chain semirings. The first class of such spaces is generated by extending full factor spaces. The second class is built up from Boolean (0-1)- matrices and cannot be generated from full factor spaces as is shown with a counterexample.
