Let L be a Brouwerian lattice such that every element has a finite decomposition into join-irreducible elements (e.g. Cartesian product of chains). Using the methods of fuzzy relation equations [cf. \textit{C.-K. Zhao}, Fuzzy Sets Syst. 22, 303-320 (1987; Zbl 0621.06006 )]) the paper describes the existence and a computation of sup-inf inverses of a rectangular matrix over L. The five kinds of generalized inverses described in Boolean matrix theory are considered [cf. \textit{K. H. Kim}, \textit{F. W. Roush}, Linear Algebra Appl. 22, 247-262 (1978; Zbl 0387.15004) and Analysis of fuzzy information, Vol. 1, Math. logic, 107- 129 (1987; Zbl 0658.15012)].
