Let K be a field. A module over the algebra \(\left( \begin{matrix} K\\ 0\end{matrix} \begin{matrix} K^ 2\\ K\end{matrix} \right)\) is called a Kronecker module and is identified with a quadruple (V,W,a,b), where V, W are vector spaces over K and a,b: \(V\to W\) are K-linear maps. Consider the Kronecker module \(P=(K[X],K[X],id,X\bullet)\), where \(X\bullet\) : K[X]\(\to K[X]\) is the multipliation by X. Given \(f\in K[[X]]\) we denote by \(P_ f\) the Kronecker submodule (Ker \(\tilde f,\)K[X],c,X\(\bullet)\) of P, where \(\tilde f:\) K[X]\(\to K\) is the K-linear map induced by f and c is the inclusion map. In the paper reviewed module homomorphisms between \(P_ f\) and \(P_ g\) are described in terms of some polynomials and power series. In particular, it is shown that if there is a nonzero homomorphism \(P_ f\to P_ g\) then \((rf+s)g=tf+u\) for some polynomials r,s,t,u not all zero. If f is not a root of a quadratic polynomial with coefficients in K[X] then \(End(P_ f)\cong K\).
