The paper is devoted to the following question: Let \(p\) be an even positive integer, \(n\in\mathbb{N}\) be such that \(2\leq n\leq p/2\). What is the minimal possible Banach-Mazur distance between \(\ell^2_2\) and two-dimensional subspaces of \(\ell^n_p\)? The authors announce some estimates of this quantity from below and from above.
