    The purpose of the present paper is to prove convergence criteria for Blaschke fractions \[ K{a_n\zeta_n(z)\over 1}={a_1\zeta_1(z)\over 1\quad +} {a_2\zeta_2(z)\over 1\quad +} {a_3\zeta_3(z)\over 1\quad +\dots} \tag{1} \] where \(a_n\in\mathbb C\) and \(\zeta_n(z)\) are Blaschke factors \[ \zeta_n(z):={\overline\alpha_n\over | \alpha_n| }{\alpha_n-z\over 1-\overline\alpha_n z} \] where \(\{\alpha_n\}\) are fixed complex--valued constants with \(0<| \alpha_n| <1\). By determining the region \(H(z,r):=\{\zeta_n(z): r\leq| \alpha_n| \leq 1\}\) and applying Thron's uniform parabola theorem with parabolic region \(P_\beta\), Waadeland proves that for given \(M>\delta>0\) and \(1-\delta/M<r<1\), the Blaschke fraction (1) converges uniformly for \(| z| \leq{r-(1-\delta/M)\over 1-r(1-\delta/M)}\) when \(| a_n| \leq M\) and \(a_n+\delta e^{i\theta}\in P_\beta\) for all \(n\in\mathbb N\) and \(\theta\in \mathbb R\).
