The author studied the convolution oscillatory singular integral operator \(Tf=\text{p.v. }\Omega* f\), with \(\Omega(x)= e^{iq(x)}K(x)\), where \(q(x)\) is a real-valued polynomial of a real variable, of degree \(d\geq 2\), and \(K\) is a Calderón-Zygmund-type kernel. The author proved that this operator is bounded on the Besov space \(\dot B^{0,1}_1(\mathbb{R})\). However, the author was not able to prove the fact that this bound is independent of the coefficients of \(q(x)\), as one expects. This result can be extended to \(\dot B^{0,1}_1(\mathbb{R}^n)\), \(n\geq 2\), by using the induction method in [\textit{Y. Pan}, Rev. Mat. Iberoam. 7, No. 1, 55-64 (1991; Zbl 0728.42013)]. Also, the reviewer believes that the proof can be much simpler by the known result of Pan and some properties of the Riesz transforms. This work is part of the author's Ph.D. dissertation at Indiana University.
