The author considers the boundary regularity of weak solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations \[ u^i_t-v\Delta u^i+(u.\nabla) u^i+ \nabla_ip=f,\quad \nabla.u=0 \] in a domain \(D=\Omega\times (0,\infty)\) with initial data \[ u(x,0)= u_0(x)\in L^2 (\Omega)\text{ for }x\in\Omega \] and homogeneous boundary data \[ u(x,t)=0\text{ for }(x,t)\in\partial \Omega\times (0,\infty), \] where \(\Omega \subset\mathbb{R}^3\) is an open bounded domain with smooth boundary. The author proves the \(L^\infty\) regularity of \(u\) up to boundary for the limiting case that \(u\in L^{r,r'}(D)\), \({3\over r}+ {2\over r'} \leq 1\) with \(r>3\) or \(u\in L^{3,\infty}\) with \(\| u\|_{L^{3,\infty}} \leq \varepsilon_0\) for some small \(\varepsilon_0\) under the assumption that the boundary data of the pressure field is bounded. It is shown that the weak solution is as regular as the boundary data of the pressure field. It is also proved that if the tangential derivatives of the pressure are bounded, the velocity field \(u\) is \(C^{1,\alpha}\) continuous as a function of space variables \(x\). The author proves several theorems concerning the boundary regularity near the boundary, and then discusses an estimate of the pressure field and an \(L^\infty\) estimate of the velocity field. This is an interesting paper.
