Green's functions for the plane problem in a half-infinite piezoelectric medium (Q1269822)

The authors derive closed-from Green's functions for the plane strain problem for a transversely isotropic piezoelectric half-plane, using complex potentials and the principle of analytic continuation. The approach can be extended to general anisotropic piezoelectric half-planes by employing the Stroh formalism.
