This work explicits the structure of crossed products of locally inner actions of smooth groups on \({\mathcal C}{\mathcal R}\)-algebras. Let \(G\) be a smooth group with representation group \(H\), \(G_{ab}= G/\overline{[G,G]}\) be compactly generated, \(A\) be a \({\mathcal C}{\mathcal R}\)-algebra whose primitive ideal space has a locally compact Hausdorff complete regularization \(X\), \(\alpha: G\to\Aut(A)\) be a locally inner action. If \(f_\alpha\in C(X,H^2(G, \mathbb{T}))\), \(\zeta_H(\alpha)\in H^1(X,\widehat g_{ab})\) where \(\widehat g_{ab}\) is the sheaf of germs of \(\widehat G_{ab}\)-valued functions on \(X\), \(q: Z\to X\) is a principal \(\widehat G_{ab}\)-bundle corresponding to \(\zeta_H(\alpha)\), then there exists a \(C_0(X)\)-linear and \(\widehat G_{ab}\)-invariant isomorphism between the crossed product \(A\times_\alpha G\) and \(Z*(A\otimes_{f_\alpha} C^*(H))\). The strategy of the proof consists in using the group \(C^*\)-algebra \(C^*(H)\) as a universal bundle over the locally compact space \(H^2(G,\mathbb{T})\) with fibres isomorphic to the twisted group algebras \(C^*(G,\omega)\), \([\omega]\in H^2(G, \mathbb{T})\).
