    The authors obtain criteria for oscillation of solutions of high-order partial differential equations with delay \[ \begin{multlined} {\partial^m\over\partial t^m} [u+ \lambda(t) u(x,t-\tau)]+ p(x,t)u+ q(x,t) f(u(x,t-\sigma))=\\ a(t)\Delta u+ \sum^l_{j=1} a_j(t) \Delta u(x,\sigma_j(t)),\quad (x,t)\in \Omega\times\mathbb{R}_+,\end{multlined}\tag{1} \] where \(m\) is an even positive number, \(\tau>0\), \(\sigma>0\) are constants, \(\lambda\in C^m(\mathbb{R}_+, \mathbb{R})\); \(a, a_j\in C(\mathbb{R}_+, \mathbb{R}_+)\); \(p, q\in C(\mathbb{R}_+\times\overline\Omega, \mathbb{R}_+)\), \(f\in C(\mathbb{R}, \mathbb{R})\), \(\sigma_j\in C(\mathbb{R}_+, \mathbb{R}_+)\) is non-decreasing function. The equation (1) is subject to one of the following boundary conditions \[ {\partial u\over\partial n}+ \gamma(x,t) u=0,\quad (x,t)\in \partial\Omega\times \mathbb{R}_+,\tag{2} \] or \[ u(x,t)= 0,\quad (x,t)\in\partial\Omega\times \mathbb{R}_+.\tag{3} \] The authors use averaging technique to study the oscillation properties of the solutions of problems (1), (2) and (1), (3).
