On the constitutive equations of some weakly-textured materials (Q1270671)

The author deals with the correlation of elastic and plastic anisotropies in cold-rolled steel sheets. In particular, some representation formulae of constitutive equations are given for textured polycrystalline aggregates which show explicitly the effect of texture on the material response. The author formulates several important theorems, which can serve as a starting point for further work, and illustrates the proposed methodology by applications to hypoelasticity, elasticity, and Hills's orthotropic plasticity.
