[For Part I, see ibid. 217, No. 1, 129-160 (1998; Zbl 0895.35046).] The author considers semilinear parabolic systems for exterior domains or in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) of the form \[ \begin{alignedat}{2} u^i_{,t} -L^iu^i&= f^i (t,x,\vec u,J* \vec u),\quad& i&=1,\dots, n^* \\ u^i_{,t}&= f^i(t,x,\vec u,J*\vec u),\quad& i&=n^*+1,\dots, N\end{alignedat} \qquad x\in\Omega,\;t>0, \] with \[ u_i(t,x)= h_i(t,x),\quad i=1,\dots, n^*,\quad x\in\partial \Omega,\;t>0, \] \[ u_i(t,x) =\eta_i(t,x),\quad i=1, \dots,N, \quad x\in\Omega,\;t\in I_i. \] The time delay is described by the convolution term \(J*\vec u\) and may be finite or infinite. The author then develops a sub- or supersolution technique for such systems which leads to existence and convergence results.
