Since the proposal of the notion of quantum cohomology by the physicist \textit{C. Vafa} [in: `Essays on mirror manifolds', 96-119 (1992; Zbl 0827.58073)] and its mathematical foundation by \textit{Y. Ruan} and \textit{G. Tian} [J. Differ. Geom. 42, 259-367 (1995; Zbl 0860.58005)] for semi-positive symplectic manifolds, the quantum cohomology has become a subject of strong research. In the present paper, the author gives a mathematically rigorous definition of fiberwise quantum cohomology and equivariant quantum cohomology in the strong semi-positive symplectic case, recovering the notions of equivariant quantum cohomology proposed by \textit{A. Giventhal} and \textit{B. Kim} [Commun. Math. Phys. 168, 609-641 (1995; Zbl 0828.55004)] and of fiberwise quantum cohomology by \textit{A. Astashkevich} and \textit{V. Sadov} [ibid. 170, 503-528 (1995; Zbl 0865.14027)], in heuristic ways. The main results of the paper under review are: (1) to define fiberwise Gromov-Witten mixed invariants (or fiberwise mixed invariants) and to prove several properties such as direct sum, restriction, induction and the composition law; (2) to define fiberwise quantum and equivariant quantum; (3) to compute the fiberwise quantum cohomology of several fiber bundles with fiber a flag manifold.
