The author proves two theorems on the boundedness (in the norm of \(L_p(\mathbb{T}^n)\)) of the partial sums of Fourier series and three theorems on Fourier multipliers in \(L_p(\mathbb{T}^n)\). As a pattern, here we present Theorem 5. Let \(1<p<\infty\), \(1/r= | 1/p- 1/2|\). If a sequence \(\lambda\in(\lambda_k)\) of real numbers is such that \[ F^3_p(\lambda):= \inf_\mu \Biggl\{\sup_N \sum^N_{k= 1} (\mu^*_k- \mu^*_{k+ 1})([A_k](\ln[A_k])^4)^{| 1/p- 1/p'|}+ \sup_k|\lambda_k- \mu^*_k| k^{1/r}< \infty, \] where \(\mu= (\mu^*_k)\) is a nonincreasing rearrangement of \((\mu_k)\), \(A_k:= \{m: \mu_m\geq \mu^*_k\}\), and \([A_k]\) denotes the number of elements in the set \(A_k\), then \(\lambda\) is a multiplier on \(L_p(\mathbb{T}^n)\), in symbol: \(\lambda\in m_p\), and \(\|\lambda\|_{m_p}\leq c_p F^3_p(\lambda)\).
