A braided tensor product of \(C^*\)-algebras, endowed with an action of the group \(\mathbb{Z}\times\mathbb{S}^1\), was introduced by \textit{S. L. Woronowicz} [``An example of a braided locally compact group'', in: Proc. XXX Karpacz winter school theor. phys., PWN, Warszawa (1995; Zbl 0868.46049)] and called a crossed product of \(C^*\)-algebras. In this paper, the author constructs a braided tensor product \(\otimes_{\mathcal C}\) of \(C^*\)-algebras, endowed with an action of \(\mathbb{R}\), and then a braided category \({\mathcal C}\) of \(C^*\)-algebras [\textit{S. L. Woronowicz}, ibidem] with an action of \(\mathbb{R}\). The objects of \({\mathcal C}\) are \(C^*\)-algebras, endowed with an action of \(\mathbb{R}\), its morphisms are \(C^*\)-algebra morphisms intertwining the action of \(\mathbb{R}\), and the braided tensor products of two of its objects essentially depends on the action of \(\mathbb{R}\) on the \(C^*\)-algebra factors. In particular, the author studies the \(C^*\)-braided tensor products \(A\otimes_{\mathcal C}C^\infty(\mathbb{R}),A\otimes_{\mathcal C}C(\mathbb{T}^1), A \otimes_{\mathcal C} C(\mathbb{T}^2)\), where \(A\in{\mathcal C}\), \(\mathbb{T}^1= \mathbb{R}/{2\pi\over \tau}\mathbb{Z}\), and \(\mathbb{T}^2=(\mathbb{R}/{2\pi\over \tau_1}\mathbb{Z}) \times(\mathbb{R}/{2 \pi \over\tau_2}\mathbb{Z})\) with \(\tau,\tau_1,\tau_2 \in\mathbb{R}_+\) and \(\tau_1/ \tau_2\) irrational.
