I have given the main result (Theorem 5) of this Letter in [\textit{A. Lichnerowicz}, C. R. Acad. Sci., Paris, Sér. I 311, 717-722 (1990; Zbl 0713.53040)], but the proof was too short and therefore not clear. Moreover, there was a small error in this proof (see [\textit{A. Moroianu}, Ann. Global Anal. Geom. 15, 235-242 (1997; Zbl 0890.53058)]). I give here a detailed proof.
