Stability of solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations in exterior domains is investigated. The motion of an incompressible fluid occupying \(\Omega\) is governed by the Navier-Stokes equations \[ -\Delta w+w\cdot\nabla w+\nabla\pi= \Biggl(\sum_{j=1}^n\frac{\partial F_j^1} {\partial x_j},\cdots,\sum_{j=1}^n\frac{\partial F_j^n} {\partial x_j}\Biggr), x\in\Omega, \] \[ \text{div } w=0, \quad x\in\Omega, \qquad w=0\text{ on }\partial\Omega, \quad w(x) \to 0 \text{ as }| x| \to \infty , \] where \(\Omega\) is a domain having a compact complement \(\mathbb{R}^n \setminus \Omega\) \((n\geq 3)\). The boundary \(\partial \Omega\) is of class \(C^{2+\mu}\) \((0<\mu<1)\), \(w=(w ^1(x),\cdots, w^n(x))\), \(\pi=\pi(x)\) at the point \(x\in\Omega\).
