Let \(G\) denote a semisimple group and \(M\) the moduli stack of \(G\)-bundles over a smooth complex projective curve. The main result of this paper is the pure-dimensionality of sheaf cohomology for certain ``twisted evaluation vector bundles'' over \(M\) which is then used to prove a Borel-Weil-Bott theorem for certain generalized flag varieties of loop groups conjectured by Graeme Segal. The paper under review is a sequel to an earlier one [\textit{C. Teleman}, Invent. Math. 126, 249--263 (1996 Zbl 0915.17017)]\ and builds on the results there. There are several other results in the paper that are of independent interest: For example, it is proved that a moduli stack of \(G\)-bundles over a complex projective curve has the homotopy type as a function space of maps into \(BG\). An algebraic stack has been identified with the classifying simplicial scheme associated to a presentation. This seems to be enough for the needs of the paper and makes it accessible to the stack-uninitiated.
