    For \( 0 < \alpha < \infty \) and \( 0 < \beta < \infty \) let \( [\alpha, \beta ] \) be the space of entire functions of order \( < \alpha \) or of type \( \leq \beta \) with respect to the order \( \alpha \) with the topology of projective limit. Let \( [ \alpha, \beta) \) be the corresponding space of entire functions of type \( < \beta \) with the topology of inductive limit. Let \( L( \lambda) \in [ \rho_{1} , \sigma_{1}, \rho_{1} > 0, 0 < \sigma_{1} < \infty, L(0) \neq 0 \), and \( L \) has only simple zeros \( \{ \lambda _{ \nu } \} \). \textbf{Theorem } For any \( M( \lambda) \in [\rho_{1}, \sigma_{1}) \) being expanded into the Lagrange series \[ M( \lambda) = \sum _{ \nu =1}^{ \infty } \frac{L( \lambda) } { \lambda - \lambda _{ \nu }} \frac {M( \lambda _{ \nu })} { L^{`} ( \lambda _{ \nu }) } \] in the topology of \( [ \rho _{1} , \sigma _{1} ] \), it is necessary and sufficient that 1) \( | L^{`} ( \lambda _{ \nu }) | > \exp [( \sigma _{1} - \epsilon _{ 1 }) | \lambda _{ \nu } | ^{ \rho _{1} }] \forall \epsilon _{1} > 0, \nu > \nu _{0} ( \epsilon _{1})\); 2) there exist a \( \rho, 0 < \rho _{1} \), and a sequence \( r_{k} \uparrow \infty \) such that \( \lim _{ k \rightarrow \infty } \: r_{k}^{- \rho } \min _{ | \lambda | = r _{k} } \ln | L( \lambda) | > 0 \).
