      Let \(S\) be the set of Gaussian numbers and \[ D'_k(x) = \sum\limits_{n\leq x}\tau'_{2k}(n) = \sum_{s\leq x,\;s\in S} \tau'_{2k}(s)\quad (k\in{\mathbb N}), \] where \(\tau'_{2k}(n) = 0\), if \(n\neq s\). The main result of the paper is as follows. Let \(x\geq 2\). Then for \(x\to+\infty\) the asymptotic formula \[ D_k'(x)= xP_k(\ln x) +\Delta'_k(x) \] is valid, where \(P_k(\ln x)\) is a polynomial in power \(k-1\), \( \Delta'_k(x) = O\Big(x^{1-\frac{c'}{k^{2/3}}}\Big)\) with \(c'>0\) an effective absolute constant.
